Standard Hybrid System Install

For most homes, a traditional hybrid system is the best solution. It allows you the ability to customize your air conditioning, furnace, air quality and comfort systems to fit your needs.

A hybrid heat system reacts to changing temperatures and automatically adjusts to the most efficient energy saving method available to heat or cool a home. It can be a fuel-saving alternative to traditional heating and cooling systems in that it combines a furnace with a heat pump, rather than an air conditioner.

Ductless Mini-Splits

These systems are best-suited to providing comfort for single rooms, additions, and supplemental comfort for problem areas. You can also control the comfort level of each room independently.

Our state-of-the-art mini-split systems allow you to heat and/or cool rooms of your home that do not have traditional duct work. We have installed these types of systems in individual work spaces, ADU’s (additions), man caves, lofts, small homes, and so much more. Ductless Heat Pumps provide an economical and efficient option for both heating and cooling. Precise climate control in another advantage which our customers enjoy and benefit from this type of equipment.

How to decide between HVAC systems?

It's not always easy to determine whats next for your household whether its a new system, replacement, addition or upgrade.
1
What system is right for me?

There are many ways to bring comfort to your home. From Gas to Heat Pumps & Ducted systems to Ductless system. Each homes application has multiple ways to be approached and all have different benefits and come with different yearly running cost.

We suggest an in home energy consultation to figure out the best long term solution for your home!

1
What is a variable speed system?

Variable-speed HVAC systems act similarly to a car’s accelerator pedal, which enables the driver to control and match the speed of the car to their exact needs at any given moment or road condition.
Variable speed HVAC systems can do the same by being able to precisely match system capacity to the actual load. It does this by communication between the Furnace, A/C or Heat Pump, & the thermostat.
The communicating variable-speed systems are always learning, adapting to find your homes perfect balance point while taking indoor/outdoor temperature and relative humidity all in considerations.
We suggest an in home consultation to design the best variable-speed system for your home!

2
What HVAC add-ons do I need?

There are many accessories to add to your current HVAC system. Some help ensure longevity of your system and its lifespan while some protect from overall power issues and help maintain manufacturers warranties.
There are also many Indoor Air Quality (IAQ) solution to improve your homes air quality and help with seasonal allergies, asthma, and general health concerns. Many options can be up to 99% Germicidal.
We suggest asking one of our trained service technicians about system enhancement upgrades at your next visit or call for consultation.

3
How much will it cost?

There are many different options with heating & cooling your home and they all come with different initial cost. Typically when researching the type of system your going to install in your home depends on a lot of factors.
– What’s your current system, is it worth upgrading?
– How long do i plan on being in my current home?
– How much am I paying running my current system vs what a new high efficiency system would cost?
– Whats my return on investment (ROI) on a standard system vs a communicating variable speed system?

We suggest a FREE in-home consultation to make sure the HVAC system design for your home meets or exceeds your expectations and brings you many years of consistent comfort.

4
What size HVAC system do I need?

There are many different ways to size an HVAC system. The best is to perform a load calculation on your home. This entails taking the square footage, ceiling height, window & insulation efficiencies, and run it through a program to determine the proper size system.
It may seem like overkill but homes are being built more and more efficient as well as the equipment and our requiring smaller systems to keep conditioned.
Why buy a larger system if you don’t need it and get no benefit from it?

5
What is better: gas, electric, or oil?

There are different ways to heat & cool your home and they all have their benefits.
Typically each application only has one heating source (gas, electric, or oil).
There are dual-fuel (hybrid) system that uses two types and generally are the most efficient way to condition your home.
What heating source is right for you?
